WellBeing@Work Programme Development Manager

Health Action Trust is a dynamic and innovative community organisation specialising in community health promotion initiatives. We are looking for a highly motivated person who can take our workplace wellbeing programme to the next level.  This includes marketing, strengthening and building the customer base, content development, a communications strategy and generating sustainable income.  For further information of the WellBeing@Work programme, please see our website

The appointee will ideally have qualifications and/or skills and experience in:

  • A tertiary qualification or similar experience relevant to business development and marketing
  • An understanding of workplace mental health and wellbeing challenges including mental health problems and stress.
  • A demonstrated understanding of the needs of employers relating to mental health in the workplace.
  • Demonstrated experience in programme planning and project management
  • Training, facilitation and evaluation skills
  • Familiarity with models of health including Maori and Pacific models
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear reports and other documentation.
  • A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with and develop rapport with stakeholders.
  • An understanding of the application of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
  • Being a supportive team player and contributing to the organisation culture
